The Sheraton – Lansing Hotel chose Ipanema Solutions to replace its aging digital telephone system with an Avaya Hospitality Voice over IP telephone system. Sheraton – Lansing Hotel features 202 guest rooms and suites and has substantial ballroom and meeting room facilities. After considering non VoIP offerings, the hotel realized the value proposed by Ipanema Solutions’ VoIP solution.
