Ipanema Solutions was founded in July 2003 by Steve Tutino in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Today Ipanema has operations in Ann Arbor, Michigan and Houston, Texas serving hospitality clients nationwide. Ipanema Solutions is a private company with two principal shareholders and an equity ownership plan for key staff. Ipanema Solution is financially stable, growing and profitable.

Ipanema Solutions provides technology solutions and support to hotels and hotel management companies. Ipanema Solution’s mission is to become the preeminent technology systems integrator serving hospitality. When Ipanema Solutions started the firm offered voice over IP telephone systems to hotels. Today Ipanema Solutions provides a complete portfolio of solutions to hotels encompassing professional services, project based solutions and ongoing managed services and support.

Ipanema Solutions provides Level II and III network engineering support from its Ann Arbor, Michigan network operations center. Level I support is provided from a call center located in Manchester, New Hampshire. Ipanema Solutions deploys on-site technology projects managers, field engineers and network engineers to oversee the installation and management of technology solutions at hotels nationwide.

Ipanema Solutions is vendor and franchisor agnostic but maintains close working relationships with leading companies in both the technology and hospitality industries. Some of these important relationships include Hewlett-Packard, Microsoft, Rackspace, Ruckus Wireless, TimeWarner Cable, Samsung and XO Communications. Ipanema Solutions works with franchisees of Hilton Hotels, Marriott, Starwood and Intercontinental Hotel Group (IHG).
