Ipanema Solutions installs Innovation ComXchange Hotel Phone System at Hilton Garden Inn – Toronto / Markham, ONT

The Hilton Garden Inn – Toronto / Markham has gone live with a new telephone system from Innovation Technologies Worldwide installed by Ipanema Solutions LLC. The telephone system developed by Innovation Technologies provides:

A low cost communications platform with integrated voicemail and integrated call accounting
A Hilton OnQ Property Management System approved interface for the phone system, voicemail and call accounting to keep the PMS in sync with the communications system
An industry leading warranty of 10 years on major hardware components of the system that coupled with an Ipanema Solutions managed service agreement provides 24/7 service and support

This is the second hotel installed by Ipanema Solutions for this ownership group. In 2009 Ipanema Solutions installed the communications systems and audio visual systems for the new Hilton Garden Inn in Pearland, TX.
