Ipanema Solutions Awarded Contract from Barclay Management

Project to provide a VoIP communication and guest Internet solution to the Holiday Inn - Stadium, Green Bay, WI

Ann Arbor, Michigan - October 20th, 2007: Ipanema Solutions LLC was chosen to provide its expertise in technology infrastructure to Barclay Management of St Cloud, Minnesota. As a regional developer and operator of InterContinental brand hotels, Barclay Management chose Ipanema Solutions to assist with their newest property, the Holiday Inn - Stadium, Green Bay. The Holiday Inn features 118 guest rooms. After considering solutions from our competitors, this long term property owner came to realize the value proposed by Ipanema Solutions' products and services.

Ipanema Solutions worked with Barclay Management to design for the Holiday Inn - Stadium, Green Bay a complete technology solution including:

A VoIP hospitality telephone system from Avaya & DuVoice
Wired and wireless internet by Teledex

Ipanema Solutions will design and implement a guest room Internet solution using low powered access points by Teledex built specifically for the hospitality market. These access points allow a higher density of users in the hotel versus traditional non-hospitality access points. Ipanema Solutions will integrate products form Avaya, Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard, Teledex and SonicWall. The project is expected to begin immediately and be completed in January 2008.
