Ipanema Solutions begins implementation of advanced Voice over IP telephone system for the Sheraton - Lansing Hotel

Ann Arbor, Michigan - December 2007: Ipanema Solutions LLC was chosen to provide its expertise in hospitality technology services to the Sheraton - Lansing Hotel. The Sheraton - Lansing Hotel chose Ipanema Solutions to replace its aging digital telephone system with an Avaya Hospitality Voice over IP telephone system. Sheraton - Lansing Hotel features 202 guest rooms and suites and has substantial ballroom and meeting room facilities. After considering non VoIP offerings, the hotel realized the value proposed by Ipanema Solutions' VoIP solution.

Ipanema Solutions worked with the Sheraton - Lansing Hotel to design a complete voice and technology solution that will provide:

A VoIP hospitality telephone system from Avaya & DuVoice
Layer 3 Network Switching from HP
Call Accounting from Metropolis
Complete Integration with Starwood Galaxy-Lightspeed Property Management System

Ipanema Solutions LLC will integrate products from Avaya, Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard, and Teledex. The project will be completed in January 2008.
