Ipanema Solutions contracted to install Avaya Hospitality Communications Solution at the Holiday Inn – Pigeon Forge, TNIpanema Solutions will install an Avaya IP500R2 based Hospitality Communications System for the 206 room Holiday Inn – Pigeon Forge, TN. The solution is comprised of hardware and software from Avaya, Hewlett-Packard, Duvoice and Metropolis. The Avaya Hospitality Solution replaces a failed Hitachi digital system. The new system from Avaya will integrate telephony features, voicemail and call accounting with the hotel’s Micros Property Management System.This is the seventh property owned by Cooper Hotels for which Ipanema Solutions has installed an IP telephone system in the past five years.
