Ipanema Solutions Wins Contract from Benore Logistics Systems Project will provide communications system with real-time backup to Benore Logistics Ann Arbor, Michigan - December 28, 2007: Ipanema Solutions LLC has been awarded the technology solutions contract for Benore Logistic Systems. Benore is one of the premier logistics handlers in the Midwest and Southeast, whose diverse portfolio includes clients in the automotive, chemical, consumer goods, and industrial market sectors. Ipanema will implement two very important systems which will be very critical to Benore's operations, they include: a migration from the Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server on to the Microsoft Exchange 2007 Server; a change that will allow for a stronger Unified Communications foundation, enhanced web access to Microsoft Outlook, superior security controls for mobile enforcement, and full support for Windows Server 2008 and Windows Vista. The second implementation will be a Continuous Data Protection (CDP) system by Ipanema partner, SonicWall. While the advantages of a CDP are vast, none is as important as the ability to fully restore a downed server in less than one hour. Ipanema's Founder and President Steve Tutino, had this to say, The value in the SonicWall project is, number one, having real time backup. And two, if any of the Benore Logistics Servers were to fail; we can restore it via the Microsoft Virtual Sever in a very short period of time.
