Ipanema Solutions provides telephony solutions from two major communications suppliers to the hospitality industry: Avaya, Mitel and Innovations.

Avaya

Avaya is the largest global purveyor of IP telephony solutions with nearly 25% global market share. Avaya employs over 15,000 people worldwide in sales, support and research and development. They have two platforms: the IP500/IP412 and Communications Manager based solutions. The IP500/412 supports up to 325 guest rooms and is certified for use by most major franchisers. Communication Manager is certified for use by all major franchisers and is most commonly found in midsize and larger properties. The Avaya IP500/412 and Communication Manager telephony solutions are most commonly paired with the DuVoice hospitality voicemail and wake up call platform.
