We design, build and maintain communications systems for mid-size businesses.

We generally meet first with an operating manager who oversees information systems (either a dedicated IT person or a general manager that oversees this area). After the initial meeting we spend a period of time to interview others within the organization to collect additional information about the phone system requirements. Often this means meeting with the directors of sales, marketing and operations within a business. We collect information about the company's locations, mobile workers, home based workers and anticipated growth.

With the requirements in hand we design a telephone system to meet our client's needs today and in the future. We consider whether integrated messaging (voice mail and fax integrated with email) will provide an additional benefit to the organization.

We are experts at integrating wireless smart phones from Treo and Microsoft into client infrastructure.  Indeed we were one of the first companies to use software developed by GoodLink with Microsoft Exchange to provide real-time access to Microsoft Outlook to our employees while traveling internationally in South America, Europe and Africa.

Our field engineers install all of systems working with related telephone companies and 3rd party vendors. We work closely with our clients to install these systems ensuring a smooth transition and a high level of user training.  We provide integration services to connect disperate systems together.  For example, In a hospitality environment we have the ability to integrate the telephone system with the call accounting system, property management system, wake up calls, high speed Internet and guest communications.

We offer 24/7 support for all of our telephone and communication system s and respond quickly to critical system issues. We take pride in providing the highest level of post-installation service and support.
